Terms & Conditions
Eastern Rose Laundry is pleased to provide laundry service to our customers, subject to compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following provisions carefully. Use of the Eastern Rose Laundry service indicates agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not so agree, you should inform us and cease using the service immediately.
This agreement is strictly between Eastern Rose Laundry and its customers and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.
- All garments/linen/fabrics are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the articles or non apparent/non-visible defects in its material there is a POSSIBILITY OF DISCOLOURING OR SHRINKAGE. Such garments are accepted for cleaning at OWNER’S RISK and company will not accept any responsibility for it.
- Company will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drying cleaning services are maintained at a high level of quality.
- Company reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
- Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer’s risk.
- Customers are requested to count the articles at the time of delivery and inform the delivery man in case of missing articles. Company will not be responsible for any such claims after the articles delivery has been accepted and signed by the customer.
- Customer gives a warranty of maximum upto 3 days from the date of delivery for the articles for any quality related issues with washing or dry-cleaning of articles (only if the article has not been used by the customer after service). Any claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
- Customer might get regular updates (Calls / SMS / Email / App Notification) from Company of transactional and marketing in nature, if customer wants to stop it then Customer has to register a request with Customer Care Department of Company.
- Some process/items may require additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim can be initiated against in respect of delays.
- Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of garment, the same shall be communicated to customer after it is examined by the expert at the processing center.
Payment
The customer must complete payment of the agreed upon charges on or before the completion of the Services. All payments are non-refundable.
Loss or Damage
Missing or damaged items must be reported to Eastern Rose Laundry at the time of delivery of your garments/linen. Failure to report the missing or damaged on delivery shall remove any liability of Eastern Rose Laundry for the missing or damaged item. In the event that any item is lost or damaged by Eastern Rose Laundry, Eastern Rose Laundry liability with respect to any damaged or lost items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Eastern Rose Laundry is not liable for any preexisting damage to a garment or other item and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it if any preexisting damage is found or if we have a concern about the colorfastness or the age or weakness of the fabric.
Uncollected Items
Eastern Rose Laundry reserves the right to dispose of any items not collected within 30 days of the date stated on the collection slip. Eastern Rose Laundry shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of items disposed of pursuant to this clause.
Garment Care
Eastern Rose Laundry will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high-quality cleaning service. Eastern Rose Laundry accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items with or without care instructions, or for dry clean only items, which are requested to be laundered by the Customer. Eastern Rose Laundry accepts no liability for special care items that require special attention, including dry clean only items. Eastern Rose Laundry is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal cleaning procedures. Eastern Rose Laundry reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment. Eastern Rose Laundry does not guarantee the removal of all stains. Eastern Rose Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item. The customer agrees not to leave such items in their clothing or in their laundry bags.
Coupons & Discounts:
- 1. Coupon can only be applied by customer using Eastern Rose Laundry mobile app on available platform.
- 2. Once order placed and invoice is generated coupon can’t be applied.
